Anthropology master’s graduates all earn post-degree employment

Congratulations go out to the graduates of the master’s degree program in the FSU Department of Anthropology after each secured post-graduation employment. The graduates — the first in the recently reintroduced master’s program — and their new employers are as follows:

  • Yiran “Lillian” Duan — Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles headquarters
  • Katie-Beth Gamblin — Curations Management Assistant, Evansville (Kentucky) Museum
  • Shawn Joy — Project Archaeologist/Underwater Archaeologist at SEARCH Inc.
  • Kelly Ledford — Archaeological Data Analyst, Florida Master Site File, Division of Historical Resources in the Florida Department of State
  • Megan Merrick — Museum Technician, Southeastern Archeological Center, National Park Service
  • Peter Williams — Abstractor, Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Oversight in the Florida Enhanced State Opioid Overdose Surveillance Program
