This position is shared between two departments and serves as the travel and purchasing representative for both. In this role the incumbent is responsible for preparing and entering requisitions, tracking and entering travel authorizations, and supports the entry of HR transactions in both Anthropology and Philosophy.

The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry is looking to bring in a new Grants Administrator to join the team! 

The Grants Administrator is responsible for the oversight of all contract and grant activities for the department, including all aspects of pre and post award processes. In addition to serving as the subject matter expert for grants administration the Grants Administrator will also supervise and train the Grants Specialists in the department, and work with faculty and staff to obtain effective proposals and adherence to award guidelines.

The Department of Computer Science is looking for a new Academic Support Assistant to support the advising unit! 

This position involves acting as a liaison with Academic Space and Scheduling, coordinating course schedules for multiple terms, and managing databases for student academic records. Responsibilities also include assisting with registration, textbook ordering, graduate student support, and coordinating evaluations for Teaching Assistants and Graduate Research Assistants.
