Technical/Research Designer (Physics - Nuclear Services)

The Department of Physics is looking for a new Technical/Research Designer to join the team! 

This Technical/Research Designer performs highly specialized welding for state-of-the-art research equipment in the Physics Department. Additionally, this position designs and constructs state-of-the-art instruments used for research. Further responsibilities include: selecting appropriate materials based upon material strengths and developing problem solving strategies in the construction of research instruments.
