Institute on Napoleon and the French Revolution to host public talk, 'Napoleon Hero'
On Monday, March 2, Florida State University's Institute on Napoleon and the French Revolution will sponsor "Napoleon Hero," a free, public talk by the distinguished French academic Professor Patrice Gueniffey, director of the Centre Raymond Aron at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, a leading French institution for research and higher education.
"Napoleon Hero" is based on Gueniffey's new biography of Napoleon, which has already sold more than 30,000 copies in France in less than a year and is on the point of appearing in English translation with Harvard.
